Zachariah Dietenberger graduated in 2018 with his Bachelors Degree in Tuba Performance from UW-Stevens Point under Dr. Patrick Lawrence. After Stevens Point, Zach went on to receive his Masters Degree in Tuba Performance from UW-Madison under Professor Tom Curry. After graduation, he began teaching as an Instrumental Lessons Instructor at Hartford Union High School in Hartford, Wisconsin. At Hartford Union High School, he primarily teaches all of the brass students and works hand in had with the other Instrumental Lessons Instructors and the Music Teachers to provide a learning environment designed to cater to each individual student. Along with in-person teaching, Zach also gives online lessons to students at the school who are unable to meet in person and assists with day to day music department functions.
“My time at UW-Stevens Point learning under Dr. Lawrence has provided me with the tools and knowledge to not only perform at a high level, but also pass that information onto the next generation of instrumentalists.”
“I would not be the musician I am today without the teaching and experience I gained from UW-Stevens Point”
